Damaged or Broken Products
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us immediately after delivery.
For a smoother and faster return process, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package
- Shipping label or tags
- The condition of the product after opening
This helps us verify damage claims quickly and fairly.
Non-Return Conditions
Returns may be rejected under the following conditions:
- If Enymall determines that the damage occurred after the package was opened, the return request may be declined.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or is missing original packaging/tags.
- Insufficient proof is provided for damaged product claims.
- If Enymall determines that the damage occurred after the package was opened, the return request may be declined.
Refund Process
Once your return request and proof are received, the Enymall team will review and investigate the case.
If the return is approved:
- The original payment amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
