Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Enymall Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit enymall.com (the “Site”) and play the free browser games on it. We keep it simple: we do not have player accounts, we do not ask you for personal details to play, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. The short version

You can play every game without signing up.
Your game progress is saved in your own browser, on your device. We never receive it.
The Site shows advertising (including video ads during play) from partners such as Google. They may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can turn off personalised ads (see section 5).
Like every website, our hosting server keeps short technical logs (such as your IP address) for security.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Game progress (stored on your device only)

Our games save your progress (for example your score, unlocked items and settings) using your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. If you clear your browser data, use a private/incognito window, or switch to another device or browser, your progress will not be there.

2.2 Technical information (server logs)

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you requested and the date and time. We use this only to keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.

2.3 Comments and messages

If you leave a comment on a news post, we collect the name and email address you enter, the comment itself, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string (to help detect spam). An anonymised string made from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to show your profile picture, if you have one. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply to you.

2.4 What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information. We do not create player profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

3. How we use information

To run the Site and its games, and to keep them secure (legitimate interest).
To show advertising that keeps the games free (legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it — see section 5).
To answer your messages and moderate comments (legitimate interest).
To follow the law when we have to (legal obligation).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The Site uses:

Essential cookies set by WordPress, for example to remember your name and email if you choose to when commenting, or to keep site administrators logged in.
Advertising cookies set by our advertising partners (see section 5).
Local storage used by the games to save your progress on your device (see section 2.1).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the games from working, but it may reset your preferences, and deleting site data will also delete your saved game progress.

5. Advertising

We show ads to keep our games free. Ads appear on game pages, including short video ads while a game is being played. Some ads are our own (for example a picture or video about our other games or a sponsor); others are provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (and, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu).

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time. Without consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.

6. Other third-party services

Google Fonts: the Site loads its font from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Embedded content: pages may include content from other websites (for example videos). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, which may collect data about you.
Hosting: the Site and its games are stored and served by our web hosting provider.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us a t games@enymall.com and we will delete it.

8. How long we keep information

Game progress: on your device, until you delete it.
Server logs: for the limited period our hosting provider keeps them.
Comments: kept until they are removed; you can ask us to remove yours.
Emails: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or limit how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising; you can opt out using the links in section 5 or your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting, and you may contact us to exercise your rights.

10. International transfers

Our service providers (such as our hosting provider and Google) may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the Site. No website can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check it now and then.
